About the Role

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive alliances and business development strategy to enhance SOC Prime’s market position and achieve revenue targets.
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential partnership and alliance opportunities that align with SOC Prime’s strategic goals.
• Negotiate and close strategic partnership deals, ensuring they contribute positively to the company’s growth and strategic objectives.
• Manage and deepen relationships with existing partners, aligning efforts to maximize mutual value creation and market penetration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and legal, to ensure successful partnership integration and execution.
• Represent SOC Prime at industry events, conferences, and meetings to build relationships and identify potential partnership opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and partnership outcomes to continuously refine and adjust strategies for optimal performance.
• Develop and manage a business development team, fostering a culture of achievement, collaboration, and professional growth.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or alliance management in the cybersecurity or technology sector.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic partnerships and business development initiatives that have significantly impacted revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of the cybersecurity industry, market dynamics, and customer needs.
• Exceptional negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities.
• Leadership experience with the ability to inspire, manage, and mentor a team.
