About the Role
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base within the MDR services domain.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, understanding customer needs and requirements.
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities, including lead generation, qualification, and closing deals.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to highlight the value of SOC Prime’s MDR services to potential and existing customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify and capitalize on market trends and generate leads.
- Work closely with the SOC Prime technical and product teams to ensure proposed deals include technical solutions that accurately address customer needs.
- Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders.
- Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries, including RFPs and RFIs.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and pipeline development activities within the CRM system.
- Stay abreast of cybersecurity trends and competitor activities in the MDR space.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
- At least 3-5 years of proven sales experience in the cybersecurity industry, with a focus on MDR services.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity and MDR service offerings, market dynamics, and customer needs.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of an organization.
- Experience with CRM software and sales management tools.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
