You are highly disciplined, proactive, and influential. You possess solid experience in supporting B2B Product and Services sales processes by managing the cross-department communication flow and contract-related documentation. Based on your expertise, you know how to turn insights into action maximizing the efficiency of the sales processes. Hands-on experience in launching and leading processes aligned with 100% Product-Led Growth strategy completes your profile.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team on opportunity management (creating, reviewing, and closing)
  • Contracts and procurement documentation preparation, review, and approval
  • Create reports and dashboards for the sales organization to ensure and improve efficiency, productivity, and results
  • Finding opportunities for process improvements and automation, focusing on scalability and rapid growth
  • Collaborate with Product adoption team to ensure proper lead management process and metrics
  • Develop and maintain best practices for sales and sales support functions
  • Maintain data integrity with customer records in the CRM system (Pipedrive)
  • Sales documents management to ensure and improve accuracy within the deals
  • Creating document templates for sales organization and sales support functions
  • Preparing / updating regular reports with key sales metrics and results

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role within IT / vendor / product company
  • Deep practical understanding of B2B Product and Services sales process
  • Experienced CRM user (Pipedrive preferably) 
  • Advanced knowledge of Office 365 and Google Suite
  • Teamwork and excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • In-depth understanding of the contracting process backed by hands-on experience in drafting and reviewing of contracts
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience in business correspondence

Would be a plus

  • Experience in cybersecurity
